Senior Cory Kunze won the heptathlon Saturday afternoon at the Rod McCravy Memorial in Lexington, Ky., highlighting the final day of competition for the Ohio State men's track and field team.

Through four events, senior Cory Kunze leads the heptathlon with 2946 points. The Bondurant, Iowa, native posted wins in both the 60-meter dash and long jump.

Ohio State faces second-ranked Florida and No. 3 Oregon at Kentucky. Events scheduled for 10:00 a.m. ET Friday and Saturday.

Junior Timothy Faust was the top performer of the day for the Buckeyes, earning a sweep in the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes for the second-consecutive meet.

The Ohio State men's track and field team hits the road for the first time this season, traveling to University Park, Pa., for the Penn State Challenge Jan. 18.
